平均配当表とは
平均配当表とは、近年5年ぐらいの単勝、複勝、馬連の配当金を平均した数値と、日刊コンピ指数の能力順位の的中率をレースごとにまとめた表です。
競走名条件の列のオレンジ色に表示している部分がハンデ戦になっていますので、馬連均の数値が高いということは、ハンデ戦やら牝馬戦といった平均配当金を上げるようなレースを意図的にレース番組に配置して、業界を盛り上げる努力をしている主催者側の希望が見事に反映しているレースといえます。ちなみに競走名条件の列の中でピンク色に表示している部分は牝馬戦になります。
そして次に「人気期待値」というエリアを見ていきましょう。
このエリアの「3-5」とか「14上」は日刊コンピ指数の能力順位です。「3-5」なら能力順位3番目から5番目の馬、「14上」なら能力順位14番目以上という意味です。日刊コンピ指数はこのリンクのほか、当日の日刊スポーツ新聞に掲載されています。
この能力順位はとても優秀で、能力順位1位の馬の配当圏内は実に60パーセント以上。実際の単勝人気に非常に近い結果が現れます。

最近健康ブームですが皆さん何かやってますか？
ファスティングとか糖質制限とか、散歩がいいとか筋トレがいいとか、
加工食品がだめだとかオメガ6の油はだめだとか、
瞑想がいいだとか食物繊維をたくさん取らないとお話にならないとか、
たくさんの健康方法がありますよね。
サウナがいいというのがあったんで調べてみたら 、どうやら極端に暑くなったり極端に寒くなったりするのが体にはいいみたいなんですよね。

しかしサウナに行くというのがちょっとハードルが高かったんで、何とかならないものかと調べてみたら家で似たようなことができるみたいです。
その方法とは、
「風呂から上がる前に30秒だけ水のシャワーを浴びる」
とありました。
試してみたらものすごく冷たいんですが 、確かに体がポカポカします。
どうやら細胞が命の危険を感じて熱を発してるらしいですから驚きですよね。
風呂から上がったらものすごく元気になった気がするので、しばらく続けてみようと思います。
さて、平均配当表を見ると今週もまた荒れそうな雰囲気ですがどうなるでしょうか。
